Pyrethrins are natural insectides derived from the chrysantheum and are generally non-toxic to mammals in small quantities.  They are considered on of the safest of all insecticides for use around food.  Rotenone is a natural substance obtained from several tropical plants, Jewel Vine, Lacepod or Hoary Pea.  Rotenone is used as a garden insecticide to control chewing insects.

Fruits & Berries:  Apple, pear, peach, plum, cherry, grape, currant, gooseberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry and bluberry

Vegetables:  peas, bean, beet, cucumber, squash, muskmelon, potato, tomato, cabbage, spinacch, lettuce, celery, asparagus, pepper, eggplant, onion, carrot, and corn

Rotenone-Pyrethrins Spray is effective against a wide range of insects including:  aphids, leafhoppers, thrips, imported currrant worms, gooseberry fruit worms, raspberry fruit worms, blueberry maggots, cherry fruit flies, strawberry root worms, red-necked borers, japanese beetles, mites, strawberry leafrollers, rose chafers,cabbage worms, bean beetles, beet webworms, sod webworms, asparagus beetles, lygus bugs, whiteflies, garden fleahoppers, harlequin bugs, obliquebanded leaf rollers, stink bugs, celery leaftiers, melon worms, tortoise beetles, garden webworms, alfalfa webworms, colorado potato beetles, cucumber beetles, flea beetles, vegetable weevils, squash bugs, squash vine borers, european corn borers, sawfly larvae, boxelder bugs, elm leaf bettle larvae, lace bugs and greenhouse whiteflies.

Dilution rate of 2 teaspoons - 4 tablespoons/ gallon of water depending on application.  Refrain from application within 24 hrs of harvest.  Makes up to 48 gallons of spray depending on application.
