YOU MIGHT BE PLEASED TO KNOW THAT I EXPERIMENTED WITH YOUR PRODUCT TO SEE IF
IT WOULD WORK ON BOTRYTIS.
I SELECTED A BLOOM ON MY "BLUE RIBBON" ROSE PLANT ON WHICH I
LIBERALLY
SPRAYED THE ROSE FLORA LIQUID.
THERE WAS A SPOT OF BOTRYTIS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A QUARTER ON ONE OF THE
PETALS. THE SPOT NEVER GREW ANY LARGER AND NO OTHER SPOTS APPEARED AFTER
THE
APPLICATION OF ROSE FLORA. I ALSO SPRAYED MY ENTIRE ROSE GARDEN AT THE SAME
TIME. I CAN FIND NO MORE BOTRYTIS ANYWHERE. PRIOR TO SPRAYING, VIRTUALLY
EVERY ROSE BLOOM HAD BOTRYTIS AND THE BLOOMS JUST ROTTED AWAY.
I'M IMPRESSED WITH THESE RESULTS; HAVE YOU HAD ANY OTHER SUCH RESULTS?
BOTRYTIS IS THE WORST PROBLEM I ENCOUNTER AT THIS TIME OF YEAR, EVEN THE
MILDEW IS NOT SEVERE. I DO GET A LITTLE RUST NEAR THE BOTTOMS OF THE PLANTS
WHERE IT IS HARD TO SPRAY THE UNDERSIDES OF THE LEAVES.
INCIDENTALLY, I GROW MOSTLY TREE ROSES BECAUSE THEY ARE EASIER TO KEEP
PROPERLY SPRAYED AND THEY ARE EASIER TO INSPECT.
IS IT MY IMAGINATION, OR DID LETTING THE ROSE FLORA SIT IN THE BOTTLES FOR
TWO WEEKS, BEFORE APPLYING IT MAKE THE STUFF MORE EFFECTIVE? I USUALLY APPLY
IT AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS.
